  • Is it possible to change the number of people after the reservation?

    Please contact us at least 2 days prior to the check-in date to the contact indicated in the reservation e-mail.

  • Tell me about the payment method

    We accept credit card payment in advance. Please note that we do not accept cash payment.

  • Do you charge a hotel tax?

    The tax is collected in accordance with Kanazawa City ordinances. We ask our guests to pay the accommodation tax at the time of reservation, so please be assured that it will not be collected again.

    The Kanazawa City ordinance on accommodation tax is as follows. (Effective from October 1, 2024)

    Accommodation charge (per person per night, excluding tax)

    Less than 5,000 yen Not taxed

    More than 5,000 yen but less than 20,000 yen 200 yen

    More than 20,000 yen 500 yen

  • Are children allowed?

    Yes, we are available for children also. For the accommodation fee,

    5 years old and younger - free of charge if bedding is not required, same rate as adult if bedding is used.
    6 years and older - same rate as adult with or without bedding

  • Can I bring my pet?

    Pets are not allowed.
